Currently offering psychology sessions to individuals (16 years and older) in-person in Newcastle or online with funding options available through medicare Mental Health Care Plan, NSW Victims Services and private fee paying.
INDIVIDUAL PSYCHOTHERAPY
For some people, specific life events and thoughts create obstacles to them living a rich and meaning filled life. Individual psychotherapy provides a place to freely express your thoughts and unpack personal events in a safe, supportive & confidential space.

Others may want to optimise their lives, gain greater clarity into their motivations and behaviours, or develop a plan for their life that meets their core needs. Individual psychotherapy is a space for you to do this.

Individual psychotherapy is typically 50 minutes, but 90 minute sessions may be negotiated (see Fee & Payment Policy​).
AN IMPORTANT NOTE
Here Now Psychology does not currently offer diagnostic assessments or reports (such as ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Cognitive Assessments).
Here Now Psychology does not currently offer reports for NDIS Applications, DSP Applications, Family Court Reports or Medico-Legal Reports.
