Life is a dynamic process. Sometimes that process is smooth and easy to navigate and sometimes it is rocky and can become very hard. For me psychology is the way towards a better understanding of the dynamic process of life and psychotherapy is a workshop to create tools, specific to you, to help you live well. I am interested in making psychology accessible to everyone by meeting you where you are at in your story.
I practice an integrative approach that focus on the best techniques for your specific circumstances, not bound by a particular mode of therapy. I draw on the techniques within Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Schema Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy and Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR). Continuous learning and development are an important aspect of my work to provide you with the best possible experience and outcomes.

I graduated with a Bachelor of Psychology from the University of Newcastle in 2012. I then spent almost a decade in not-for-profit management roles. In 2018, I completed a Master of Business Administration. In 2020, I commenced my two year psychology internship and am now a generally registered psychologist and Member of the Australian Psychological Society. In my practice I appreciate the opportunity to work with people who are at the point in their lives where they are ready to make a change.

Outside of work I get great joy from spending time with my family, listening to and creating music, reading, and exercise.
